Decode it and you get the word “TOMORROW,” the same word as the album title and the first word of the group’s name. BIGHIT calls the song “a signal of hope for the shared future.” That’s the spirit of minisode 3: TOMORROW.
The story: a promise from the past

BIGHIT describes:
- a boy who remembers a past promise and goes looking for “you,” the person he made it with
- the innocent dreams the two shared when they were young
- his decision to find “you” and move forward to tomorrow
“The boy says that tomorrow with ‘you’ is hope and salvation,” BIGHIT writes.

Two words are worth knowing. Quarter-life is the stage around age 25. Anemoia is a coined word for nostalgia for a time you never lived through, which fits a remix of a song about déjà vu.

The Deja Vu video went up on HYBE LABELS on April 1, 2024, release day. A concept trailer, an album preview and two official teasers came first.

Our take: Deja Vu sits at the center of this album. The story is about a promise from the past, and déjà vu is the feeling that the future has happened before. The song gets two versions, the original and the Anemoia Remix.
A trailer full of the past

- In the first concept trailer teaser, the members wear crowns, a nod to the debut song CROWN.
- Three concept versions, Light, Ethereal and Romantic, echo different eras: the early years up to Blue Hour, the rock of 0X1=LOVESONG, and the rose from Good Boy Gone Bad, now dried up.
- In the concept trailer, the members dance as they did in the Blue Hour video, but in a ruined forest under overpasses.
- The magazine also pointed out that CROWN opens with Morse code, just as the second track here is titled in it.
Our take: The album is called TOMORROW, but almost every visual looks back. That’s the point of “Deja Vu”: the past repeats, but not quite the same.
