Two people meet again under a starry sky. That’s how BIGHIT opens its introduction to The Star Chapter: SANCTUARY, and it’s a big moment in TXT’s long story. After years of dreams, chaos and growing up, TXT finally put a name to the feeling at the center of it all: love.
A new chapter, and an old word
SANCTUARY opens The Star Chapter, TXT’s fourth named chapter. It’s their seventh mini album, released on November 4, 2024. Official album introduction
The word “star” goes back to the very beginning. On their 2019 debut, The Dream Chapter: STAR, BIGHIT wrote that for TXT, “star is another name for dream.” More than five years later, that word became the name of a whole chapter.
The story: choosing to stop running
BIGHIT calls the album “a tapestry of emotions, hearts and minds racing as two people meet again under a starry sky.” It’s the story of:
- beautiful moments spent together
- the person who made each of those moments magical
- the choice to stop running away and start facing reality for that person
“TOMORROW X TOGETHER calls this feeling love,” BIGHIT writes.
Six songs, six kinds of love
BIGHIT matches each song to a different moment of love:
| Song | The moment, per BIGHIT |
|---|---|
| Heaven | That first moment together |
| Over The Moon | Anticipation for a shared future |
| Danger | An ever-deepening love |
| Resist (Not Gonna Run Away) | The determination to hold what’s most dear close |
| Forty One Winks | Private expressions of love |
| Higher Than Heaven | Knowing when someone is your one and only |
“The tracks off the group’s new album explore love in its many forms,” BIGHIT says.
Our take: Look at the first and last songs: Heaven and Higher Than Heaven. The album starts in heaven and ends even higher. And Resist (Not Gonna Run Away) answers the earlier albums where the boys kept trying to escape.
Over The Moon: the lead video
The Over The Moon video went up on HYBE LABELS on November 4, 2024, release day. It was directed by Yunah Sheep. Before it, BIGHIT released an album preview on October 27 and two music video teasers on October 31 and November 1.

“Over the moon” is an English expression for being extremely happy, which fits BIGHIT’s note about looking forward to a shared future.
The album page also lists four concept names: ANGEL, KNIGHT, SAVIOR and LOVER.
What came next
Weverse Magazine, HYBE’s own magazine, connected SANCTUARY to the album that followed. On SANCTUARY, Over The Moon and Higher Than Heaven use the image of rising up. On TOGETHER, the opening track Upside Down Kiss flips that image on its head, about defying gravity. Weverse Magazine: TOGETHER review
